Müsellim Village - Barek Mountain Summit

The character of the Route:

Starting from Müsellim, a cute and spacious village built on hilly terrain, the route follows an almost flat course after climbing 1.8km. Surrounded by low-population villages, the track proceeds among the dwarf oaks, following the villages of Kepirli in the south and Konur in the north. The route, which reaches the top when Hayderdede Village adorned with legends comes into view, ends in the middle of the endless landscape.

Notes to Travelers:

In the spring months, you can collect knotweed, chives, mustard, catnip (hibiscus), vinegar, and thyme.

You can listen to the folk songs and stories of Barek Mountain from the villagers.

During the walk, you can take idyllic photographs including villages.

Make sure your phone is charged before you start your walk.

Do not leave without enough water and snacks with you.
