Kırşehir City Center Culture Route
Character of the Route:
Starting from the madrasah, which was built by the famous statesman Cacabey and regarded as the faculty of the period, the route enjoys the view of the 30m high mound, which the people of Kırşehir call the Castle. Leaving the "Castle" behind and pleasantly descending a gently sloping slope, the track continues - the founder of the tradesmen's solidarity guilds, later called Ahilik, for the unity and solidarity of the Turkish tradesmen who came to Anatolia against the Greek, Armenian and Jewish tradesmen of the time, with the advice of Hacı Bektaşi Veli - * It passes through the tomb of Ahi Evran-ı Veli and ends at Kentpark.

• You can find cute souvenirs and kitchenware made of onyx in Kırşehir, which has been processing onyx stone since 1944.
• You can visit Ahi Evran Mosque and Tomb, Imaret Mosque-Sheikh Suleiman's Tomb, Melikgazi Tomb, Cacabey Tomb, Muhterem Hatun Tomb, Aşık Pasha Tomb and Fatma Hatun Tomb.
• Female visitors must carry a scarf with them to use when visiting the tomb.
• In the place opened with the renovation of the Old Governor's Mansion, you can visit sections from the lives and works of masters of words from Dede Korkut to Pir Sultan Abdal, from Karacaoğlan to Neşet Ertaş, as well as musical instruments used from past to present.
• You can visit the museum of the world-famous musician Neşet Ertaş, in Kırşehir, Turkey's first and only UNESCO-registered music city. You can take pleasant photographs at the Cacabey Caravanserai, which was built by Nurettin Caca, Emir of Kırşehir, during the reign of Sultan Gıyasettin Keyhüsrev II in 1251.
• You can visit the museum built for the world-famous musician Neşet Ertaş.
