Kavak – İbrahimpaşa
Characteristics of the Route:
The route starts from Kavak village, which allows travellers to follow the daily life outside tourism, and goes through the silence of the valley of volcanic tuff. The paths pass through the vineyards that provide raw materials to Nevsehir's famous desserts such as koftur and pelver and reach the lovely Babayan village, which delights visitors with a photogenic view. The smooth route goes through the village with nostalgic streets, an elegant bridge, and houses carved into the rock like honeycombs, and ends at the village cafe, which is accustomed to welcoming travellers.
