Karagöl - Yedigöller
The character of the route:
The route begins at a high altitude at an impressive glacial lake at 2875 meters. The trail, which climbs up to Yıldız Lake and continues at a comfortable pace for 3 km, also visits Çömçe Lake and Yıldız Lake, and after the Mule Trough at 5 km, it turns southwest and climbs Teke Castle. When it reaches 3494m, it reaches a panorama you won't want to let go of. After leaving behind this breathtaking view, the route takes you into fantasy by following the paths descending to the southwest, reaching Yedigöller.
Notes to Travelers:
• You can reach Karagöl by tractor from Demirkazık Village.
• You can camp in Karagöl and Yedigöller and contact the professionals who organize tours in Aladağlar to benefit from the fixed camps in Yedigöller.
• The hiking route features pleasant climbing routes and large walls suitable for excellent rock climbing. However, to do wall climbing, you must have the right equipment and have been trained in it.
• To be able to climb mountains, you must be in good health and condition.
• Especially if you live at sea level, you must acclimate your body (accommodating the body to that altitude for climbing after a certain height). For this, you can camp at the point where the route starts for one night before starting the climb, stay in the hostels in Çukurbağ or Demirkazık Village, and camp.
• Do not forget to take enough water and light food to give energy while climbing.
• Make sure your phone is fully charged before you start climbing.
• Do not forget to drink water occasionally during the climb.
