Ihlara Village – Ilısu Village – Cardak Village

The Character of the Route:

The route, which travels through the magnificent geography shaped by the Melendiz River, starts from the village of Ihlara, which draws an interesting view with its stone houses attached to the hillside. Climbing to the village of Ilısu on a gently sloping path surrounded by greenery, the route proceeds towards the domes*, one of the interesting volcanic formations, at the 10th km, after tasting the hospitality of the village. It ends in the lovely village Çardak 3 km after passing these structures that resemble inverted giant bowls.

• Before entering the route, you can look at the Ihlara Valley.
• You can relax in Ilısu village cafe.
• Make sure you take enough water with you, as you cannot replenish water along the way.
