Bus transportation is very common in Turkey. You can find many bus companies travelling to Cappadocia from variety of cities. The main intercity bus station is located in Nevşehir City Center;

Please note that there is no any shuttle service from bus station to towns. You should either take a taxi or public buses to Nevşehir city center and change the bus to town buses.

For those who prefer airlines, there are two airports in the region, Nevşehir Kapadokya Airport (NAV) and Kayseri Erkilet Airport (ASR). The closest airport to the region is Nevşehir Kapadokya Airport (NAV). From both of these airports, you can come to Nevşehir with shuttle buses, private transfers or taxis.

If you are a train enthusiast and a fan of nostalgic travel, you can also go to Cappadocia by train.

Let's also point out that you can only go to Kayseri by trains departing from Istanbul or Ankara. You can go to the bus terminal from Kayseri station (about 8 km.)

And find vehicles all over the Cappadocia region. The average distance between Kayseri and Nevşehir is 80 km.
