Ürgüp – Karacaören - Karain – Karlık - Yeşilöz - Başdere – Ürgüp

Characteristics of the Route:

Even though it starts with a long ascent, the route relaxes you with occasional descents and ends before you know it with ups and downs. The route passes through many villages shaped by the unique geography of Cappadocia. While life flows in the villages carved into the rocks, the structures that bend the time will take you into history. When you go out into the countryside by the road surrounded by fields, you can smell the mountain breeze coming from Erciyes. The route witnesses the usual flow of life in the countryside in Karain and reaches Urgup with a descent in the last few kilometres.
