Characteristics of the Route:
The route starts in Sobesos, a very mysterious city with a church inside the old temple as proof of the adventure of faith in Nevşehir, a bath at the entrance of the gate, and the tombs of heroes surrounding it. The route starts to ascend just after the city. It reaches the fields above the hills following a very flat trail through high plateau formations unique to the region, formed by volcanic eruptions millions of years ago. It passes through the potatoes and pumpkin fields that yield the registered pumpkin seeds, one of the famous products of Nevsehir, and ends in Kavakkoy, which generates a considerable income with the potato warehouses carved into the hills.
