Kömürcü – Kiledere - Ağcaşar - Derinkuyu

The route, which starts from Kömürcü village, which is located on the skirts of Göllüdağ, which hosts an old temple, finishes the 7.5 km descent and reaches the charming village of Kiledere, which is located on the plain. The route, which turns north from Ağcaşar village at 18.9 km, proceeds on a straight path, moves on a comfortable track, and ends in the famous underground city of Cappadocia, Derinkuyu.

Notes to Travelers:

• You can have meals at the restaurants in Derinkuyu.

• If you are interested in archeology, you can go to Göllüdağ, where the temple ruins of the Tabal Kingdom are located just above the Kömürcü village.

• Make sure you take enough water with you, especially on hot days.
